The role partners cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers to analyze discrepancies, determine root causes, document resolutions, and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma.
• Years of Experience: 2-4 years.
• Preferred Experience: 5-7 years.

Responsibilities

• Observes discrepancies in financial records and identifies potential issues within transactions or reporting systems.
• Contacts internal teams and external customers to clarify discrepancies and request necessary documentation.
• Operates within procedures to investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments.
• Defines discrepancies by reviewing documents, data, and systems to identify root causes and solutions.
• Organizes and compiles information related to discrepancies for reporting and follow-up.
• Determines actions to resolve discrepancies, including adjustments to ensure accurate records.
• Performs detailed audits to identify patterns and assists in improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Documents resolution of discrepancies and tracks corrective actions for compliance and audit purposes.
