A high-growth leader in the renewable infrastructure space is seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Director to join their executive leadership team. Backed by a major private equity sponsor, this innovative logistics and infrastructure company is scaling rapidly - targeting $1B in revenue with multiple acquisitions, an ERP overhaul, and transformative financial initiatives already underway. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced finance executive to help shape the foundation of a complex, multi-entity enterprise on the rise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting for a diverse multi-entity business model encompassing 20+ operating units.
  • Own intercompany accounting and consolidations, ensuring timely and accurate allocations, eliminations, and reporting across the organization.
  • Partner with the executive team on capital planning, treasury operations, and strategic decision-making including bond issuance and debt structuring.
  • Oversee banking relationships, cash management, and compliance reporting, working closely with auditors and third-party consultants.
  • Play a leading role in the rollout and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365, driving ERP adoption and cross-functional process standardization.
  • Support M&A activity, including due diligence, modeling, and integration of acquired entities.
  • Coach and mentor a high-potential team of accounting professionals, creating scalable processes and promoting career growth.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 5+ years in a private equity-backed or investor-owned environment.
  • Strong technical background in intercompany consolidations, financial modeling, and treasury functions.
  • Demonstrated success in building processes and systems in a high-growth or turnaround setting.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems experience; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through organizational transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
  • Experience supporting ESOP structures, bank covenant compliance, or capital structuring.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, logistics, or asset-heavy business models is a plus.
Why This Opportunity?

This role offers unmatched exposure at a critical inflection point in the company’s growth.
