Responsibilities

• Create daily/period/yearly digital tools, reports and analysis for KPI's vs plan.
• Serve as point of contact for e-Commerce logistics to answer financial questions.
• Design and monitor reports to analyze logistics data and identify trends.
• Prepare reports for executive monthly business review and Open to Buy detailing e-Commerce performance.
• Develop digital analysis with insights, recommendations and action points for senior leadership.
• Generate actionable insights for e-Commerce performance vs budget and forecasts.
• Perform deep dive analytics for the digital shelf to ensure catalog optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the digital arena to provide performance insights.
• Monitor and measure risks/benefits of various business strategies including promotions and email strategies.
• Assist and provide recommendations to maximize revenue growth.
• Deliver daily ad hoc business analysis.
• Construct tools/models to improve forecast process.
• Design/update templates for period/quarterly financial reports.

Job Description:

Responsible for conducting deep dive analysis surrounding KPI e-Commerce metrics. Partner with various leaders within the organization including Merchandising, Marketing, and Site Experience to build reporting tools and analysis to drive the digital plan. Evaluate performance results to provide recommendations. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

• Supply chain, transportation, ecommerce experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as point of contact for e-Commerce logistics to answer financial questions within the department
• Design and monitor reports used to analyze logistics data and adjust based on trends and future looking opportunities
• Manage, prepare, and coordinate reports used for executive monthly business review and Open to Buy detailing e-Commerce performance
• Develop and maintain digital analysis with insights, recommendations, and action points to senior leadership, including sales and cost
• Generate actionable insights for e-Commerce performance versus budget, target and forecasts and identify recent trends
• Perform deep dive analytics for the digital shelf to ensure optimization across the catalog
• Partner with key stakeholders within the digital arena to deep dive and provide insights on performance of their areas
• Monitor and measure risks and benefits associated with various business strategies including email strategies, couponing, promotional impacts
• Assist and provide recommendations based on analysis and strategize with various business owners and management to continually maximize revenue growth
• Deliver daily ad hoc business analysis
• Construct various tools and models to ensure accurate forecast process
• Design, update and create new and existing templates for the variety of reports used to summarize period and quarterly results for financial and executive management teams
