Responsibilities

• Join a training cohort during the first 14 weeks to become a Financial Customer Associate.
• Continue handling customer calls to develop and hone skills.
• Participate in team activities, well-being support, and career coaching.
• Work hours include an 8-hour shift between 12:00pm–8:30pm EST after training.
