Position: Financial Counselor and Lead Educator (Full-Time)
Benefits: 403(b) (employer match available after one year), ten (10) days paid vacation, Agency’s paid holidays, paid sick leave, employer-provided life insurance, employer-provided long-term disability insurance (after one year). Health insurance is not offered at this time.
Salary Range: $41,600 – $52,000 annually

General Overview: Oversee all agency education programs including curriculum development, execution of current programs including billing and paperwork, development of new education programs, and staff development and metrics to measure program success.
Credit Counseling: The Credit Counselor assists clients in managing their consumer credit and budgeting processes. This position will be accountable for establishing relationships with clients, identifying client needs, analyzing their credit situation, preparing a budget, establishing creditor payment schedules, and implementing repayment programs. In addition, the Credit Counselor may prepare and conduct public presentations for the agency and will be expected to conduct financial literacy classes when scheduled. They will also assist in the training of new counselors through a shadowing process.
