Automatic Entrances of Wisconsin seeks a hands-on Financial Controller to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will partner with leadership to provide clear financial insights supporting growth in a B2B field-services environment.

The role requires ERP proficiency (Sage Intacct/NetSuite/SAP) and experience with platforms like ServiceTitan or Procore. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA/CGMA preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in general ledger accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
• Robust knowledge of % of completion accounting, inventory/WIP management, lease accounting, and GAAP entries.
• Track record in enhancing financial processes, particularly in B2B field services.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or CGMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and completion of key balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee cash management and support accurate cash forecasting while monitoring working capital, billing accuracy, and cost controls.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with tax filings, external audit requests, and day-to-day AR and AP operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with the CEO and Regional Controller, including oversight of job costing and project-level financial tracking.
• Manage and maintain accounting systems such as ServiceTitan, Sage, or similar platforms, supporting payroll, billing, and financial reporting processes within a B2B field services environment.
