Job summary

Medico-Mart, Inc., a Wisconsin-based vaccine distributor, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support financial, administrative, sales, operations and management functions. This role will provide broad exposure to the business and a hands-on opportunity to work across multiple departments and levels of the organization.

Based in Waukesha, WI, the Controller will maintain reliable financial processes, prepare reports, and drive process improvements while upholding confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, administration, or related role.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative, accounting, sales, purchasing, and operations activities in a fast-moving vaccine distribution environment.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and analyses to support sales activity, inventory movement, purchasing decisions, customer needs and management review.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify issues, resolve bottlenecks and keep priorities moving forward.
• Support process improvements, documentation, workflows and interdepartmental communication.
• Coordinate with outside advisors on tax, audit, insurance, banking, compliance and other administrative matters.
