Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process daily transactions between the companys internal accounts;
• Review and approve payment requests from corporate accounts and cards, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation;
• Collaborate with department heads to prepare and update budgets;
• Ensure daily liquidity and conduct internal financial audits for large transactions to identify risks and violations;
• Participate in the automation of financial reporting processes using ERP systems and other tools;
• Provide weekly reports on operational expenses;
• Manage subscription payments, maintain a payment schedule, and ensure liquidity on foreign accounts;
• Verify employee expense reports;
• Maintain financial reports in accordance with cash flow regulations.
• Track commission fees for Bitcoin payouts;
• Prepare financial reports and assist the finance department with additional tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of International and Russian financial reporting standards and budgeting principles;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, including advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP and others);
• Experience with banking client systems;
• Understanding of treasury operations and cash flow management;
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work with large data volumes, and a collaborative mindset.
