This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving accurate financial reporting while leading a high‑performing accounting team. The Controller will oversee the full accounting cycle, ensure strong internal controls, and provide leadership with clear financial insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, month‑end close, and financial reporting
• Manage and mentor the accounting team while establishing best practices and scalable processes
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors
• Partner with executive leadership to analyze financial performance and support strategic planning
• Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with finance leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and operational efficiencies

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 7–12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior leadership or team management experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Strategic mindset with the ability to operate both hands‑on and at a leadership level
