We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to lead our accounting and finance operations. This role is responsible for accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting executive leadership with data-driven insights that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, tax filings, and fixed asset management.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, credit line activity, and month-end close.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and coordinate audits and tax reviews.
• Present monthly financials and performance insights to leadership.
• Guide and mentor accounting staff; supervise budget planning with department heads.
• Maintain internal controls, risk management, and financial system integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years in senior accounting or finance leadership
• Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office 365
• Valid Driver’s License
