You will lead financial operations across five entities, drive profitability and cash flow, mentor an accounting team, and oversee HR, payroll, compliance, risk, and operational finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in construction or service contracting.
• Hands-on with AIA billing, job costing, WIP reporting, revenue recognition, and multi-entity accounting.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, cash flow management, and multi-entity accounting operations.
• Manage AIA billing, accounts receivable, collections, job costing, WIP reporting, and revenue recognition.
• Lead payroll, HR administration, compliance, insurance programs, and risk management activities.
• Partner with project managers and operations leaders to improve project profitability, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Direct accounts payable, vendor management, contract administration, and intercompany accounting across entities.
