Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a seasoned Controller to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead month-end close in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will partner with operations and executive leadership to drive budgeting, planning, and process improvements while mentoring accounting staff for long-term growth and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (or similar certification) is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Tax services experiences is strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
• Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
