What You'll Bring:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Controller who can quickly assess financial processes and implement improvements.

• Financial Mastery: Proven experience in all aspects of financial management, including monthly closing, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Non-Profit Expertise: A deep understanding of non-profit accounting principles, including grant reporting and tracking diverse revenue streams (contributions, grants, program fees).
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Acumen: Ability to quickly assess complex financial situations, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborative & Communicative: A personable demeanor with strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with various team members and providing insightful financial guidance.
• Capital Campaign Experience: Familiarity with financial oversight for capital campaigns is highly desirable.
• Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience.
