Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the assurance/risk advisory practice, ensuring all activities are completed on time and per applicable auditing standards and regulations.
• Handle corporate Statutory or Internal Audits end to end with reporting/discussion with Audit committees and management.
• Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage the monthly consolidation of the income statement and balance sheet.
• Control post-closing entries and consolidation adjustments.
• Perform various control procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results.
• Finalization of Accounts, notes to accounts, and MIS reporting.
• Prepare different SEC schedules.
• Develop key performance indicators to monitor and drive the business's financial performance.
• Conduct financial and business forecasting, preparation of financial statements, planning, and reporting.
• Provide monthly/quarterly high-quality MIS for management review and analysis.
• Perform evaluations of assets and liabilities and manage inventory measures per SOPs.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PPT, Excel, and BI Tools, with a thorough understanding of dashboards and PPTs.
• Good communication skills and the ability to undertake multiple tasks simultaneously and cope with a changing working environment.
• Strong financial, accounting, and control orientation.
• Ability to define, simplify, standardize processes, and implement best practices.
• Proactive thinking and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of risk and controls.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience.

Experience
