FN America is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation in Columbia, SC. This role includes coordinating month-end closes, ensuring compliance, and managing treasury operations.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least seven years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing. Strong budgeting skills, GAAP knowledge, and CPA/CMA certification are required for this position.

The Financial Controller oversees most aspects of general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation, including coordination of month-end close operations and financial audits. This position is also responsible for tax compliance and treasury operations. The Financial Controller leverages both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support the company's financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or relevant field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of seven years of accounting experience (i.e., general ledger, tax, treasury, cash) is required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills), SAP required, HRIS Systems.
CPA/CMA certification is required.
