FN America LLC, located in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Financial Controller to supervise all aspects of accounting, including monthly financial close, audits, and tax compliance. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of seven years of experience in accounting, and proficiency in GAAP.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong budgeting, forecasting, and communication skills, as well as experience in a manufacturing setting. CPA/CMA certification is required. This role may require travel between sites.
The Financial Controller oversees most aspects of general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation, including coordination of month‑end close operations and financial audits. This position is also responsible for tax compliance and treasury operations. The Financial Controller leverages both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support the company’s financial stability, operational efficiency, and long‑term growth.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
A minimum of seven years of accounting experience (i.e., general ledger, tax, treasury, cash) is required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills), SAP required, HRIS Systems.
CPA/CMA certification is required.
