Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2+ years’ experience in financial services.
• Ability to obtain approval as a registered representative across all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport over the phone.
• Proficiency with computer desktop technology and digital communication mediums.
• Detailed knowledge of retail investments products and employer-sponsored retirement plans.
• Hard-working with the ability to make customer-first decisions and build relationships.
• Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and demonstrate confidence in decisions.
• Focus on improving the customer experience in a collaborative team culture.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert investment advisory services through our call center to a diverse client base.
• Facilitate transactions and coordinate introductions to specialized teams as needed.
• Conduct consultative conversations focused on clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons.
• Simplify complex financial concepts for informed decisions.
• Use active listening and effective communication to understand client needs and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure compliant handling of data and transactions.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory training, licenses, and designations.
• Manage client pipelines and follow-up with timely, professional communication.
