Job summary

UNCLE Credit Union in Tracy, CA is seeking a Financial Consultant I to join our team. You will focus on member on-boarding, educating members about products and services, and identifying needs to cross-sell accordingly.

Responsibilities include opening new accounts, processing loans, and assisting the branch manager with staff coaching to achieve sales targets. Community involvement and representing the credit union professionally are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial institution, including experience with opening loans and new accounts.
• Must have strong sales skills and ability to demonstrate sounds written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and measurable leadership abilities to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• On-board members and educate them on products and services.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet individual and branch goals.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications.
• Assist branch manager with coaching staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Represent UNCLE professionally in the community and support business development.
