Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with 10-key calculator and keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial needs; open new accounts and complete documentation.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote products/services to meet CPM & SPM goals.
• Conduct brief loan application interviews with members.
• Process file maintenance and stay compliant with current regulations (BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, Reg Z, CIP, etc).
• Research debit cards and resolve card issues; replace lost or stolen cards as needed.
• Provide notary services to members and non-members when required.
• Back-up filing and other duties as assigned.
