Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Dayton, OH is seeking an Investment Center Advisor to engage with clients face-to-face, provide mentoring and personalized planning, and help expand the firm's client base with trusted guidance.

You will work with an open architecture platform and top resources to deliver outstanding service while applying FINRA licenses to build long-term relationships and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships, uncover needs and recommend solutions.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or able to acquire Series 66 on hire.
• Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base.
• Degree or equivalent experience; CFP helpful; tuition reimbursement may assist.
• Ability to introduce clients to different investment strategies and assets.

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

• Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
• Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
• Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you do not already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you acquire one
• Ability to thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions
