Job summary

Fidelity seeks a Financial Consultant to engage face-to-face with clients in our Investor Center, offering mentorship and personalized financial planning. You will nurture relationships with an established client base and leverage top resources in the financial industry to expand the firm's reach.

We emphasize growth, training, and support, including pathways to CFP certification through tuition reimbursement, and an onsite working model transitioning regionally.

Qualifications

• Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions.
• Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility.
• Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful; tuition reimbursement can assist to obtain CFP.
• Ability to introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring in additional client assets with positive discussions.
• Coachable, collaborative, and curious are key attributes.

Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with your clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning, while helping expand the reach of the firm's brand. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
• Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
• Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you do not already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you acquire one
• Ability to thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
