Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking an Investment Advisor to join our Investor Center. You will engage face-to-face with clients, provide mentorship and personalized planning, and expand the firm’s reach by delivering tailored investment solutions.

You will leverage an existing client base, supported by a robust product platform, and pursue CFP or FINRA credentials as you grow your advisory practice. This onsite role emphasizes excellent client service and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensing or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
• CFP or degree is helpful
• Strong relationship-building and needs discovery skills
• Ability to present complex investment solutions to clients
• Client-centered, proactive approach to expanding client assets

Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with your clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning, while helping expand the reach of the firm's brand. The Expertise And Skills You Bring

• Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
• Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
• Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you do not already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you acquire one
• Ability to thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions
• Coachable, collaborative, and curious are key attributes
