Job summary

Fidelity Investments, in its Investor Center, seeks a client-focused professional to mentor clients, tailor financial plans, and expand the firm's brand through personalized service. You will work with an existing client base and receive top resources in the financial industry.

Candidates should hold FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or be able to acquire them) and have a degree or equivalent experience; CFP is a plus. Tuition reimbursement may help you pursue it.

Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with your clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning, while helping expand the reach of the firm's brand. The Expertise And Skills You Bring

• Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
• Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
• Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you do not already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you acquire one
• Ability to thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions
• Coachable, collaborative, and curious are key attributes
