Job Summary

This job includes a base rate plus commissions. Total Potential Annual Earnings: $52,000 - $210,000.

Responsibilities

• 50% Interview and profile customers/prospects to determine investment and insurance needs, recommend appropriate products, and make appropriate referrals.
• 20% Develop and execute an individual business plan to meet sales goals. Maintain a minimum assigned level of production consistent with individual or team goals.
• 15% Monitor client investment performance and make appropriate recommendations.
• 10% Cultivate and foster proactive relationships with staff of assigned branches with regular meetings to discuss sales ideas, referral opportunities, results of customer meetings, and promotional campaigns.
• 5% Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of investment and insurance sales experience.
• Thorough knowledge of investment and insurance products and applicable securities and insurance rules and regulations.
• Strong communication and PC skills.
• Unblemished compliance record.
• Demonstrated team player and high quality service provider.

Licensing Requirements

• NASD Series 6 and Life License required.
• Series 7 preferred. If not licensed, the employee will be required to obtain Series 7 license within 90 days.
