Job summary

Huntington National Bank in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit products, processing transactions, and balancing daily work while delivering exemplary service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or military admin role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred: 1 year or more in banking or financial services and cash handling.
Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and partnerships.
Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate skills in sales, service, relationship management and presentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
