You’ll collaborate with finance professionals to deliver strategic coaching, budgeting guidance, and customized plans tailored to each client’s goals. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Finance, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Offer strategic coaching in cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning via text and video consultations.
• Assess clients' financial situations and design customized financial plans.
• Guide clients in making informed financial decisions aligning with short- and long-term goals.
• Help clients manage resources to meet daily obligations and major goals (retirement, home purchase).
• Stay current with financial trends and budgeting strategies to provide relevant coaching.
• Monitor and adjust financial plans as life changes occur.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Coach, or similar role with a track record of successful client outcomes
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities for interpreting financial data and offering well-grounded, data-based coaching
• Communication: Proficient in English and local language, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
