Qualifications

• Must have previous supervisory experience.
• Three years of health care industry work experience in Front-End Revenue Cycle as a leader is highly desired.
• Proficiency with Epic front-end applications such as ADT, Cadence, and Prelude.
• Understanding of physician revenue cycle and leading measures of performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic communication with patients, staff, and physicians.
