Responsibilities

• Lead and train financial clearance personnel; oversee payroll, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
• Monitor metrics such as productivity, verification rates, and point-of-service collections for quality and efficiency.
• Stay informed about payer rules and government regulations (No Surprises Act, Price Transparency).
• Assist with root-cause analysis and lead front-end denial-prevention initiatives.
• Recommend updates to Patient Access policies to align with regulatory standards (OSHA, ODH, TJC).
• Perform hands-on financial clearance tasks and other coverage duties as needed.
