Stellantis is seeking a Finance professional in Auburn Hills to coordinate financial evaluation and impact analysis of engineering and product changes. You will monitor cost performance, forecasts, accruals, and commitments across change notices and purchasing activities while coordinating with Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Accounting on cost implications and timing.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate financial evaluation and impact analysis of engineering and product changes
• Monitor technical cost performance, forecasts, accruals, and financial commitments associated with change notices and purchasing activities
• Maintain alignment between Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Accounting regarding cost implications and implementation timing
• Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and financial analyses to support management decision-making
• Ensure appropriate financial governance, documentation, and control of cost changes
• Support of month end close activities and budget development
• Drive continuous improvement in cost transparency, reporting accuracy, and change management processes
