Job summary

SECU is seeking an Assistant Financial Center Manager to lead service, sales, and operations within the Financial Center. You will coach staff, manage performance, and drive member satisfaction while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

You will develop relationships with internal and external partners, mentor team members, and contribute to Retail Banking objectives alongside the Financial Center Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• College Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail banking experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, including people management.
• Clearly communicates information, thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely.
• Understands SECU’s culture, core values, mission and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service, sales, and operations for the Financial Center, focusing on member and employee experience.
• Coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and develop Individual Development Plans.
• Lead needs-based solutions, strengthen member relationships, and meet service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Patriot Act, and related policies.
• Partner with management to set SMART goals and support staff development.
• Support hiring, scheduling, and onboarding to maintain efficient branch operations.
