Work hours align with branch operations (no Sundays). Use the CRM to build relationships, promote banking solutions, and support customers in achieving their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience is required.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Use the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations and onboarding new customers.
• Open new accounts and handle customer maintenance requests while balancing sales and teller tasks.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies while exercising sound judgment.
