Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Foster relationship-building conversations using CRM and other resources to onboard new customers and expand existing relationships.
• Provide ongoing support regarding products and services; open new accounts, perform maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and balance sales and teller tasks.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and Fulton policies while exercising sound judgment.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
