Job summary

Fulton Bank in Hillsborough, NJ is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will handle teller transactions, open and maintain accounts, and guide customers toward the right banking solutions while working around branch hours.

The role emphasizes proactive sales conversations, CRM-driven relationship building, and compliance with bank policies. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are preferred, with a base hourly rate

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.
• Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship building conversations.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures.
• Leverage practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
