Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate at our Willow Valley financial center in Lancaster, PA. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling teller transactions, and promoting banking solutions to help customers meet their financial goals.

You will work around branch hours (no Sundays) and develop sales skills, using the CRM system to support onboarding and expanding relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (preferred).
• Must be available to work around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through outbound interactions and lobby engagement.
• Foster relationship-building conversations using the CRM system to onboard new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Open new accounts and perform customer maintenance requests; balance sales and teller duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Fulton policies.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers.
