Job summary

Fulton Bank in Lancaster, PA is seeking a customer-focused banking professional for a full-time role (about 40 hours/week) at our Willow Valley financial center. Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions following bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Utilize CRM and resources to build relationships and onboard new customers.
• Open new accounts and perform customer maintenance requests, while supporting sales and teller duties.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies.
• Leverage digital solutions to support customers and resolve issues.
