Job summary

Clearview Federal Credit Union in Kentucky is seeking a Financial Center Manager to drive sales, service, and member experience across the center. You will align sales, service, and operations while developing your team and strengthening Clearview’s presence in the local community.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach using metrics and development plans, oversee daily operations, and partner with risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team or achieving sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a sales-driven environment and lead through coaching, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ability to balance risk management, financial performance, and exceptional member experience.
• Strong business development mindset with experience building partnerships across teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Schedule aligned with business needs and financial center hours of operation.

Monday - Thursday: 9am- 5pm

Friday: 9am- 6pm

Saturday: 9am- 2pm
