Join to apply for the Financial Center Manager role at Fulton Bank.

About the Role

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Gloucester County financial center in Williamstown, NJ. Must be available to work around branch hours (no Sundays).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Performance: Utilize Fulton’s sales process and CRM to achieve sales growth, develop team performance, and foster customer trust.
  2. Leadership and Coaching: Use Fulton coaching models to guide and develop employees for performance excellence.
  3. Business Development and Community Engagement: Build local networks, engage with community organizations, and promote banking products.
  4. Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with procedures, optimize operations, and handle escalated customer issues.
  5. Manage and Develop Talent: Oversee team hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  6. Strategic Leadership: Contribute to broader business initiatives and participate in organizational change.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Banking, Financial Services, or sales.
  • 3+ years leading sales, operations, or risk management.
  • Ability to motivate teams, small business banking knowledge, collaboration skills, passion for exceeding goals.
Additional Details

Salary range: $61,500 - $102,500 annually, with eligibility for incentive plans and comprehensive benefits. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
