Clearview Federal Credit Union in Robinson Township seeks an experienced Financial Center Manager to align sales, service, and operations, delivering exceptional member experiences while developing your team and strengthening the credit union’s presence in the community.

You will lead a consultative sales culture, drive center performance, manage daily operations, partner with risk and compliance, and build partnerships with local organizations to grow and engage members.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in the banking industry.
• Two or more years of experience leading a team in consistently achieving sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a sales-driven environment and lead through coaching, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ability to balance risk management, financial performance, and exceptional member experience.
• Strong business development mindset with experience building partnerships across teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

As Financial Center Manager, you lead the financial center’s performance, culture, and results. You align sales, service, and operations to deliver exceptional member experiences while developing your team and strengthening Clearview’s presence in the community.

What You’ll Do

Schedule aligned with business needs and financial center hours of operation.

Monday - Friday : 9am- 6pm

Saturday: 9am- 2pm
