Job Description:

This job is responsible for managing a financial center and its employees on a day-to-day basis. Key responsibilities include operating as a business owner, fostering a team environment, instilling an effective client-centric and risk culture in the center, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. Job expectations include ensuring operational excellence and cohesive effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develops talent, including proactive sourcing of candidates
  2. Manages client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention
  3. Manages business results through formalized management routines and coaching
  4. Creates a world-class client experience environment
  5. Manages market-level initiatives prescribed by market leaders
  6. Drives operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy
  7. Manages organizational priorities and effective execution

Managerial Responsibilities:

This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. All managers at this level demonstrate the following responsibilities, in addition to role-specific duties:

  1. Breaks down barriers to create a more inclusive environment supporting D&I goals
  2. Challenges process efficiency and champions data-driven decision-making
  3. Contributes to enterprise strategy and influences messaging to connect team contributions to business results
  4. Inspects and challenges risk controls, governance, and culture to ensure risk is identified, escalated, debated, and remediated
  5. Coaches to sustain and elevate organizational performance, ensuring pay for performance
  6. Efficiently allocates and manages resources to drive profitability
  7. Inspects and manages the health of the bench to ensure succession planning

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, or motivating a diverse work team
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results focus

  • Passionate about improving clients' financial lives
  • Confident in identifying solutions and resolving problems independently or with others

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ years management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
  • Financial services industry experience and knowledge of products and solutions

Pay Transparency details

US - WA - Battle Ground - 2500 W MAIN ST - BATTLE GROUND BANKING CENTER (WA0107)

Pay range: $72,500.00 - $103,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible: Yes, participates in annual discretionary plan based on performance.

Benefits: Currently benefits eligible, offering industry-leading benefits, paid time off, and resources to support employees and community contributions.
