Qualifications

• College Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• At least 5 years of banking experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, including people management.
• Demonstrates SECU culture and values; clear communicator.
• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in daily responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Financial Center operations, service, sales, and compliance.
• Coach team and develop Individual Development Plans.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to policies.
• Hire, onboard, and develop staff; manage scheduling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security guidelines.
