Job summary

SECU in Maryland is seeking a Relationship Banker to educate members and grow relationships. You’ll consult on banking needs, review existing relationships, discuss loans, and help members save for college, a home, or other milestones.

Qualifications

• Consultative sales experience in a financial or banking industry role with a proven record of building customer loyalty and expanding financial literacy and well-being.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through familiarity with retail banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Consult with members about their banking needs and review current banking relationships.
• Help members save for college, a home or other milestones and discuss loan options.
• Promote financial literacy and SECU offerings at events and in daily interactions.
