Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and minimum of 3 years of management or 5+ years of equivalent education/experience.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, engage and develop employees through in-person and virtual leadership routines.
• Experience leading a client-facing team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with pipeline management and relationship expansion.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, manage performance, delegate and build team capability.
• Strong client experience, relationship-building, business development, pipeline management, and service-recovery skills.
• Strong working knowledge of consumer financial products and services; ability to apply business and credit acumen to client needs.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, solve problems, manage competing demands, and make empowered decisions.
• Excellent communication, influence, collaboration, and change leadership skills.
• Ability to use performance data and client/employee feedback to identify opportunities and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: plan and execute retention and growth activities; own a book of branch clients; build a strong pipeline.
• Client Experience: oversee branch experience and implement feedback-driven improvements; resolve issues and support notary services.
• Coaching and Development: continuous performance management and development planning for team.
• Profitability and Growth: grow branch revenue and asset-base through acquisition and retention.
• Partnerships and Risk: maintain cross-bank partnerships and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
