Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team or achieving sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a sales-driven environment and lead through coaching, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ability to balance risk management, financial performance, and outstanding member experience.
• Strong business development mindset with experience building partnerships across teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial center performance by driving sales and growth aligned with organizational goals and local opportunities.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team focused on sales, service, and member success.
• Oversee daily financial center operations including security procedures, cash management, and audits.
• Build partnerships with community organizations, employers, and small businesses to generate opportunities.
• Represent Clearview in the community and strengthen member engagement and experience.
