Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team or consistently achieving sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a sales-driven environment and lead through coaching, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ability to balance risk management, financial performance, and exceptional member experience.
• Strong business development mindset with experience building partnerships across teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Center Performance: drive sales and growth by executing strategies aligned with credit union goals and local market opportunities.
• Develop and Lead Your Team: guide a high-performing team focused on sales, service, and member success; coach using metrics and development planning.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: oversee daily operations, security procedures, cash management, and audits; ensure policies and controls are followed.
• Strengthen Community and Member Relationships: represent Clearview in the community and build relationships to drive growth and engagement.
• Working Hours: align schedule with business needs and financial center hours of operation; maintain an inclusive, engaging culture.
