Job summary

Clearview Federal Credit Union seeks a Financial Center Manager to drive the center's performance and culture. You will align sales, service, and operations to deliver exceptional member experiences while developing your team and strengthening Clearview’s community presence.

You will lead a consultative sales culture, build partnerships, and oversee daily operations, including risk and compliance collaboration, to ensure strong financial results and a rewarding member experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team or achieving sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a sales-driven environment and lead through coaching, accountability, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial center performance by driving sales and growth and aligning with local market opportunities.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team focused on sales, service, and member success.
• Oversee daily financial center operations, including security, cash management, and audits.
• Partner with Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure policies and controls are followed.
• Represent Clearview in the community and strengthen member relationships and engagement.
