Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle cash, maintain accuracy, and understand banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational huddles and staff scheduling for efficient branch operations.
• Provide training, guidance, and feedback on transaction accuracy, policy adherence, and client service.
• Model professional behavior and manage lobby to optimize client experience.
• Foster teamwork while maintaining service and operational standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships; assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments and pursue sales opportunities to meet goals.

• Drive proactive outreach and support branch sales initiatives; stay informed on products and promotions.
