Key Qualifications

• Ability to deliver excellent member experiences and enjoy constant personal interaction.
• Provide complete service and sales experiences, exceeding sales goals monthly.
• Perform teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc., and solve operational issues.
• Support marketing initiatives within the branch.
• Build rapport with members and provide excellent service.
• Handle lobby coverage: greeting members, answering calls, and directing members.
• Applicants must have a good credit history, pass background checks, employment, criminal, and drug screening.

Candidates should possess:

• 1-2 years experience in retail or financial environment emphasizing service and rapport building.
• Cash handling experience with balanced daily transactions.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Enthusiasm, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and empathetic skills.
• Computer skills, solid math, and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Availability during hours 7:30am-6:15pm Monday-Friday and 8:45am-1:15pm Saturdays.

Compliance with all federal and state regulations is required, including ongoing BSA training.
