Job summary

Fulton Bank in Hillsborough, NJ is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will handle teller transactions, open and maintain accounts, and promote banking solutions to help customers reach their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Utilize CRM to foster relationship-building conversations and initiate new accounts.
• Provide ongoing support regarding products and services; open new accounts and perform maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies while exercising sound judgment.
• Leverage digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
