In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will build meaningful relationships with individuals and businesses by understanding their unique financial needs and recommending tailored banking solutions. You will confidently open personal and commercial deposit accounts, facilitate loan documentation, conduct financial reviews, and help clients navigate important financial decisions while ensuring compliance with Riverview Bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
Beyond account opening and transaction support, you will serve as a trusted financial partner and advocate, providing seamless service across both financial center and digital channels. Through proactive client engagement, you will identify opportunities to deepen relationships, recommend Riverview's suite of products and services, and deliver solutions that support long-term financial success. Your ability to build trust, uncover client needs, and connect clients with the right resources will directly contribute to client satisfaction, deposit growth, and the overall success of the financial center.

The salary for this role will be between $20 and $25. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. Hired candidate may be eligible for healthcare benefits, 401K plan, short term & long-term disability coverage, life insurance, vacation & sick time, educational assistance, and several holidays. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards.

High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant experience or an associate degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
