Fulton Bank in Lewisburg, PA is seeking a full-time Financial Center Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences across service and sales. You will handle teller transactions, open accounts, and promote banking solutions to help customers meet their financial goals.

Based at our Lewisburg financial center, this role requires about 40 hours per week with scheduling around branch hours and no Sundays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations.
• Open new accounts and perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and Fulton policies and procedures.
